The Vashon Maury Island Community Council website is here to keep Islanders updated on meeting times, agendas, motions passed by the Council, and minutes of Council Committee and General Meetings.
The VMICC holds public meetings, and all island residents are encouraged to participate. Residents over the age of 16 are eligible to become General Members. Meetings are ADA-accessible, and all reasonable accommodations will be provided upon request.

VMICC February Meeting will be held at 7PM on the 3rd Monday Night because of President's Day Holiday
- Please come out and join us for your February General Meeting 7PM, February 24th, McMurray Middle School. We will be following up on Block Watch plans for integrating with other island groups and creating key connections for moving forward. We will also continue our discussion of marijuana regulations, growing, manufacture, retail and tourism on the island. Representatives from King County and Craft3 will also give and update on the septic loan program and its expansion that will make many more island residents eligible. Come out to learn more and see how you can get involved.

VMICC General meetings are held on the third Monday of each month at the McMurray lunchroom from 7pm to 8:30pm. Hope to see you there.
VMICC Council meetings are held on the first Monday of each month at the Harbor School from 6:30pm to 8pm. The public is welcome but we have limited space.
