King County Dept. of Natural Resources will provide an update on their Surface Water Management program(aka "Rural Drainage Program") accomplishments over the past year. This will include a discussion of this year's and next year's budget. Also, public input is being asked for on which capital projects should be funded on the Island next year (2002).
