· Proposal of new motion for the VMICC to show its full support of the United States government in its efforts to eliminate terrorism & bring to justice those who would do harm to the citizens of the United States & freedom loving people around the world. (Ed Murphy, VMICC Clerk of the Council)

· Proposal of new motion authorizing the expenditure of up to $1,800 for the purchase of chemicals necessary for an arsenic, lead and heavy metal phyto-remediation research project. (Lyman Houghton, VMICC Heavy Metal Remediation Committee)
