Meeting was called to order at 7:30. Members present were: Jake Jacobovitch, Kyle Cruver, Jim English, May Gerstle, Cliff Goodman, Jolene Lamb, Lee Miller and Ed Murphy.

Minutes from the March meeting were accepted as presented.

Announcements:

New web site was discussed. May, Cliff and Kyle are to solicit bids for web site maintenance services, research web hosting services and prepare a motion for funding the web site hosting and maintenance services.

It was suggested that the Land Use Committee look into the proposed moratorium on new construction over 10,000 square feet in rural King County.

Motions, proposed Bylaw Amendments and other agenda items for the next General Meeting:

Remove the Social Services Committee from the standing committees in the Bylaws

Add the Community Diversity Committee to the list of standing committees in the Bylaws

Specify a new edition of Roberts Rules of Order in the Bylaws

Motion to reimburse anonymous donor for the cost of the TLC Committee Olympia Rally bus transportation VIGA motion to require labeling of all genetically modified foods and place a moratorium on such foods until such time as proper testing procedures are implemented.
