Meeting date: April 26th, 2005. 
Present: Mike Sudduth, Vickie Mercer, Dan Kaufman (for Mimi), Chet Whitman, and visitor Armen Yousoufian 

Vickie updated the group on the happenings at the Tariff meeting by the Transportation Commissioners. 

Mike announced that Sally Fox was stepping down as FAC Chair. 
Mike asked the group to consider tearing up his earlier resignation, 
and he expressed an interest in continuing as Committee Chair. 
The group was in concensus with these requests. 

The group discussed Jack Churchill's resignation 
and agreed to let the vacancy remain for the time being. 

The following items were requested as agenda items for the upcoming South Sound FAC meeting, 
currently scheduled for May 12......but will likely be postponed until June: 
Accurate Load Numbers 
Motorcycle Noise 
Electronic Fare System 
Long Range Plan 
Employee Parking at Fauntleroy 
PO Survey help 

A brief update was given by Mike, with help from Vickie, on the status of the recent Legislative session. 
PO boat was funded for two more years. 
Part Time shifts were mandated beginning in September 
A new auto boat was funded 
$250K was allocated for a Vashon Park N Ride Lot
