    The VMICC meeting was called to order on Monday, January 19, 2006 by  President Jim English at 7:30pm.  in the courtroom of Courthouse Square, Vashon Island. Clerk Mark Meyers, Board Members: Jean Bosch, Jolene Lamb, Jack Barbash, May Gerstle, Robin Hess and Marilyn Omey  were present, along with visitors and council members.

* The VMICC minutes for December 5, 2005 were approved.
* The agenda for January 19, 2006 VMICC  meeting were approved.
* Treasurer’s Report, Jolene Lamb reported:
    As of  December 31, 2005           ~ Balance Checking                         $ 1,628.88
                                                         ~ Plus funds to be reimbursed        KC    $0.00
                                                         ~   Total                                           $ 1,628.88 


* Presentation:
  ~ Vashon Proposed Public Hospital District , Special Election - Feb.7,2006
  ~ Pro Speaker, Carol Ireland- McLean
  ~ Con Speaker, Hilary Emmer


* Motions:
 
~ A motion to VMICC to support Draft Guidelines for Island Center Forest
