    The VMICC meeting was called to order on Monday, February 20,2006 by President Jim English at 7:30pm.  in the courtroom of Courthouse Square, Vashon Island. Clerk Mark Meyers, Board Members: Jean Bosch , Marilyn Omey, Jolene Lamb and Jack Barbash were present, along with visitors and council members.

* The VMICC minutes for January 19, 2006 were approved.
* The agenda for February 20, 2006 VMICC  meeting were approved.
* Treasurer’s Report as presented by Jolene Lamb.
   ~ 2006 Budget                 $ 10,000.00
   ~  Actual 2/20/2006         $ 633.98
   ~ Unspent 2/20/2006       $ 9,366.02

* Motions:
~ Yvonne Kuperberg  motion to have the support of VMICC for the “ Island
    Center Forest Draft Site Management Guidelines”
