 Mon Jul 13th -- VMICC Policy Committee, 7:30 PM, Old Kindergarden Bldg
 Elections and/or budget policy/administration
 Tue Jul 14th -- KC Roads Open House 5-7 PM, Vashon Library: Plans for 
rebuilding of stairs, etc. at north end parking lot
 Mon Jul 20th -- VMICC General Meeting, 7:30 PM, Chautauqua School
 Tue Jul 21st -- WSF Quarterly FAC Mtg, 6:30 PM, Sedgwick Sch, Southworth
 Mon Jul 27th -- VMICC Transportation Committee, 7:30 PM, Vashon Library
 Continued work on North end parking problems & related items

OLD BUSINESS
 Noted items passed to Transportation Committee
 Crosswalk study, etal
 Brief discussion on other transportation related items
 VMICC Board answered Lloyd Neal's letter re North end
 Safety issues corner NW 112th street
 Delay in new stripping -- paint comes to island as hazardous cargo
 Major construction items

NEW BUSINESS
 This meeting is to be primarily a working session to develop a list of 
topics that need to be addressed at future meetings -- a brain storming
session -- time permitting, we can prioritize these items!
 Discussion item:
1) Need to rework Jurisdiction of committee document -- define mission
2) Primary focus was on disaster planning:
 Need to get an overall picture
 Who's prepared -- how
 Need to catalog disaster types and preparedness programs
 Need for education/publicity
 Individual issues -- water, power, sewer, medical, slides, etal
 Committee needs to hear from various agencies
 Get Craig Harmeling to speak at next meeting
 Strawberry festival -- need to discuss in future
