PRESENTATIONS/DISCUSSION
 Puget Sound Energy Service on Vashon Maury Island -- many people, maybe two
dozen, spoke (some often, long, and eloquently) on the problems with PSE
service as presently structured -- though the details and methods varied, th=
e
theme was the same: it just will not work to give Vashon the level of
service that existed in past years.
 PSE said they still had equipment on the island -- and they promised levels
of service that is impossible for them to deliver under their present
structure -- it did not appear that many present believed them
