DISCUSSION/REPORTS

Chair noted previous PSE service levels with on island crew -- with off
island crew we cannot get same level of service -- road crew picking up the
slack

Tony Blas said there would be servicemen on the island -- when? Maybe in 6
months -- what about serviceman presently living on island -- different
division, cannot use him, union rules -- in the meantime, whenever there is =
a
bad storm a crew will be assigned to the island (same story we heard over 6
months ago -- it doesn't happen)

Why does Jim Didricksen have to call 911 for emergencies rather than PSE
direct -- that is their system

Lots of other questions -- unsatisfactory answers!
