that Doug Pelligrini is back on the island; however PSE is still putting us
at the bottom of their priority list -- gave details on latest incident

 1999 Hunting Rules, etc. Program -- Flyers well received -- distribution
could have been better -- need for additional publicity -- agreed we should
redo flyers this year, in orange as before, about the same -- just change th=
