    The VMICC meeting was called to order on Monday, July 17, 2006 by President Jim English at 7:30pm.  in the courtroom of Courthouse Square, Vashon Island. Clerk Mark Meyers, Board Members: May Gerstle, Jack Barbash, and Jennie Hodgson were present, along with visitors and council members.

* The VMICC minutes for June 2006 were approved.
* The agenda for July 17, 2006 VMICC  meeting were approved.

 ~King County Code Changes Re Ag, Forestry & Home-Based Businesses, plus a Rural Strategies Update. Julia Larson, Rural Economic Strategy Coordinator.
Vashon Park District Issues, Julie Burman, Chair, Vashon Park District Board.
