- Propose and/or respond to bylaws amendments. Submission deadlines:
January General Meeting for vote at the April General Meeting and July General
Meeting for vote at the October General Meeting.
- Review and propose amendments to other VMICC policies and procedures.
- Write and request Board approval for an Operating Procedure for the VMICC
Governance and Policy Committee.
