Much of the work of the Community Council is done by Committees. Not all our Committees produce web versions of their minutes, but we will be adding more as time goes on. Most committee minutes are in plain ASCII text, since it is a universal format readable from any operating system with any browser. (Please excuse irregular formatting in some cases, as this simple, standard format is beyond the capacity of the most popular word processors on the market today.)
